How to add a device to the Imou APP?
1. Connect the camera to the power suppky to power it on.
2. Download the Imou Life APP from APP store or Google PLAY.
3. Click the “+” button to add the camera.
4. Follow the guidance in the APP.
What should I do if the green light of the camera does not blink all the time?
Make sure you are connecting to 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi. If yes but this still happens, check whether the router connects to the network normally.
What should I do if the camera can not trigger the human detection ?
Please confirm whether the protective film on the lens surface of camera has been removed.Meanwhile, you can set Detection Sensitivity to high in Detection Setting and try to trigger human detection again.
