Worked out of the box without instructions
Activated the batteries, restarted the Joey 3, hit SAT – the remote paired to the new Joey 3, and we are off to the races. I really like the light up buttons and the ease of connecting (the old remote did not pair with the new Joey – the old system was 10+ years old).
