Disappointed
It stated that it was renewed but they didn’t even check the ports. The port for HDMI was broken. It wouldn’t stay put. Decided to buy a new one. It was cheaper and fantastic. Returned immediately! It was the first time I purchased renewed and the last!

Very Pleased With This Purchase!
I purchased this Xbox One S mainly for gaming. Fortnite was the main game but others have been downloaded since. I have had no issues with the XBox. Games play, the Xbox doesn’t crash. I even use it to watch Netflix, Vudu, DVD’s and play Utube music/videos. Very pleased with this purchase.Amazon and Microsoft have always provided me with excellent customer service with any issues or questions I come across.

Soooo frustrating
Well, it didn’t come with the extras that it said it did as a BUNDLE, and amazon couldn’t help me. Microsoft couldn’t get the extras to add on without trying to charge me. But the xbox itself works great.
